The rules of the road

By downloading, accessing or using Astrostic (the “Platform”), operated by Astrostic Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use Astrostic. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the service for lawful, personal purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

Astrostic is a platform that connects users with independent astrologers. Astrologers are independent consultants, not our employees, and the guidance they provide is their own.

Astrology consultations are provided for guidance and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other advice. Any decision you make based on a consultation is your own responsibility.

• You agree to provide accurate birth and personal details for accurate readings.
• You will treat astrologers with respect and not use abusive or unlawful language.
• Consultations are billed per minute from your wallet; ensure you have sufficient balance.
• You will not record, republish or misuse a consultation without consent.
• Ratings and reviews you post must be honest and not defamatory.

• You must complete identity and KYC verification and provide accurate credentials.
• You will provide genuine, respectful guidance and maintain user confidentiality.
• You will not solicit users to transact outside the Platform or share personal contact details to bypass billing.
• Earnings are calculated after applicable platform commission and TDS, and paid out per the payout schedule shown in the Astrologer app.
• You are responsible for your own taxes on earnings and for setting your availability, break timers and rates honestly.
• We may withhold payouts or suspend accounts involved in fraud, fake sessions or policy violations.

Users recharge a prepaid wallet to pay for consultations. Each astrologer sets a per-minute rate shown before you connect. Charges are deducted in real time for the duration of the session, including a low-balance prompt that lets you extend or recharge before the session ends.

Prices, promotional free minutes and offers may change at any time. Wallet balance is non-transferable and, except as described in our refund section, is not redeemable for cash.

If a consultation fails or is interrupted due to a technical fault on our side (for example, a dropped connection caused by the Platform), the amount deducted for the affected time is automatically credited back to your wallet.

Refunds are generally not available for completed consultations, dissatisfaction with the guidance provided, or issues caused by your own network or device. For any disputed charge, contact support@astrostic.com within 7 days and we will review it fairly.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate or defame others.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload our systems.
• Scrape, copy or resell content, astrologer data or user data.
• Circumvent billing, payments or the wallet system.

The Astrostic name, logo, app design, software and content are our property or licensed to us and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Platform. You may not copy, modify or distribute our materials without permission.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that consultations will produce any particular outcome, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Astrological guidance reflects the opinion of the individual astrologer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrostic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on consultations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably.
